His Uncle Spent a Month’s Salary on a PS2 For Him as a Kid, Here’s How He Paid Him Back

Meet Steven Ng.

He’s a 24-year-old entrepreneur who runs Elliot Havok, a startup that sells high-end watches and wallets at affordable prices.

Ng has been extremely successful on Kickstarter, raising over $400,000 for his luxury watches, among other things.

Last year, he made the Forbes prestigious 30 Under 30 list.

Ng’s family was extremely poor growing up. However, 15 years ago, his Uncle in China wanted to give him and his brother a nice gift since they didn’t get much growing up. He spent his whole month’s salary of $400 to make the boys happy. They promised they would return the favor in the future.

Today, Ng and his brother gifted his uncle a brand new car!

Ng shared his story in a short Facebook post among his friends and family.

“The point of the post was for people to stop worrying about themselves so much and take a step back and think about what’s important,” Ng told NextShark.

“I hate how people only care about their fancy jobs and traveling but forget to take care of the people that love them most.”
