This skull lamp, designed by Israeli artist Nir Chehanowski exclusively for MoMa, is one of our favorites. It looks like a 3D skull, but that's actually an optical illusion. The skull is just a sheet of acrylic glass with laser-cut lines outlining the shape of the skull. LED light travels up from the base, illuminating the lines and creating the 3D effect. Read more...
