What do the Duck of Justice and a red 'It' balloon have in common? Stephen King.

The Duck of Justice might need some more protection after it's been found with the infamous red balloon from Stephen King's movie It. Especially since its so close to the writer's home. 

The Bangor Maine Police Department posted a funny Facebook message Thursday, explaining the incident.

Although it's unsure how the red balloon got inside the Bangor Police museum, (not creepy at all), sergeant Tim Cotton took it upon himself to get right to the source behind 'it.' And that source was King himself.  Read more...
