Woman threatening MPSJ officer case under police probe

Police have launched an investigation into the case of a woman who allegedly threatened a Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) enforcement officer, a video of which went viral on social media last Wednesday.
Serdang district police chief ACP Megat Mohamad Aminuddin Megat Alias said apart from screaming angrily at the officer, the woman had also brandished a car steering lock believed to have been used to threaten the male civil servant.
“Investigations revealed that the MPSJ officer had sighted the disabled (OKU) driver sticker on the windscreen of the car that the woman was driving but she failed to produce the OKU card as a proof,” he said in a statement.

Megat Mohamad Aminuddin said the MPSJ officer subsequently alerted the police, issued a summons for the alleged offence and had the vehicle towed to the MPSJ Towing Depot.
“The woman's husband came to the depot on the same day and paid a fine of RM190. He also apologised for his wife's manners,” he said.
The video showed the woman yelling at the officer after her car was clamped in at a car park in Jalan Puteri, Bandar Puteri Puchong, Puchong.
