Enhance knowledge to drive economy, people told
ARAU: The Raja Muda of Perlis, Tuanku Syed Faizuddin Putra Jamalullail said the people need to strive to deepen their knowledge for self-development and to drive the economy and empower the race and country.
He said in the strive for knowledge, the element of personality and skill enrichment was also necessary to churn out a balanced community in terms of both spiritual and material wellbeing.
“Lately, we often hear of discomforting news involving mental and emotional problems among the people which contribute towards moral decay that is detrimental to the race, religion and nation.
“I believe we can overcome this problem through a sustainable education system that is relevant to the changing time,” said Tuanku Syed Faizuddin when closing the Assessment and Valuation Seminar of the Community College at the Politeknik Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Putra, here Wednesday afternoon.
At the function, the Raja Muda also launched the Integrated Evaluation Management System Application of the Community College or iSEMS@CC. — Bernama
