Missing maid suspected of abducting 12-year-old

PETALING JAYA: The parents of a 12-year-old have lodged a report with Subang Jaya police after realising their daughter and the Indonesian maid who worked for them were missing from their house since 5.30am this morning.

According to a news report by The Star Online, police are now looking at the possibility that the young girl was abducted by the maid.

Facebook user Farah Nilofer Jamaludin posted a picture of the girl, known as Kyra and the maid, saying both were now missing.

Subang Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Mohammad Azlin Sadari confirmed the case and said, “We urge anyone with information on the whereabouts of the two to contact us immediately.

“Likewise, anyone who has seen a 20-year-old woman with a 12-year-old girl should contact the police,” The Star Online reported him as saying.

Anyone with information on the case is advised to call the police at 03-2052 9999 or visit the nearest police station.

They can also contact the family at 010-400 7375 and ask for Hazery.
