Tony Eusoff sentenced to eight months prison
KUCHING: Sarawakian-born actor Tony Eusoff was sentenced to eight months in prison by a court in Singapore after he pleaded guilty to drug possession.
Tony, whose real name is Anthony Joseph Hermas Rajiman, 38, was charged on March 31 for possession of Class A controlled drugs.
Tony was caught in possession of a packet containing no less than 4.56 grams of vegetable substance that was analysed and found to contain traces of ganja.
He was charged with possession of the drugs at the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) bus arrival hall at the Tuas checkpoint on March 12.
The actor was reportedly in Singapore to film an upcoming drama.
Film producer Datuk Vinod Shekar and several friends of the actor attended court.
