Who among us hasn't pictured themselves becoming best friends with Beyoncé?

The friendship begins with you being the most dedicated superfan on the planet, playing her songs all day, and singing at the top of your voice. And, then one day, she shows up and you instantly become BFFs.

That's basically what happened to Ben Platt, star of Broadway musical Dear Evan Hansen. Back in early August, Platt tweeted that he believed he could conjure the songstress if he warmed up to Bey's songs as much as possible.
