Ambank Group says 'job rationalisation' on the cards regardless of merger plan

KUALA LUMPUR (July 31): AMMB Holdings Bhd (Ambank Group) could undertake a "job rationalisation" exercise with regards to its staffing, even if the proposed merger with RHB Bank Bhd doesn't go through, said the group's CEO Datuk Sulaiman Mohd Tahir.

However, he clarified that this would not necessarily mean job cuts.
