Ongoing property fair at newly-opened Wisma CKH in MetroCity

KUCHING: CKH Realty is running a special property fair till this April 30, offering housebuyers and property hunters lots of options and also prizes worth RM1 million through its lucky draws.

According to a spokesperson, those who sign up and confirm their bookings on SOHO (small office-home office) apartment units before April 30 this year are entitled to a special promotion package worth RM35,000.

“The fair is being held at the newly-opened Wisma CKH in MetroCity near Jalan Matang here. The 20,000-square feet building houses our corporate office and also sales gallery,” the spokesperson said, adding that Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Adenan Satem officiated at the opening ceremony held during the grand finale of the Sejiwa Senada 2016 programme on Saturday.

The event also hosted CKH Realty chairman and managing director Dato Chong Kia Hoi.
