Stephen Colbert's Donald Trump jokes at the 69th Emmys might have been undercut by the presence of one Sean Spicer, but someone else was around to really stick it to the administration in a subtle, clever way. 

During the monologue, Colbert unexpectedly handed things off to Chance the Rapper, who expertly mixed political commentary with pop culture in a subversive way only he can pull off. 

"I love television, it's a pleasant distraction—but just imagine taking action," the Chicago-born 24 year old said. "I like Brooklyn Nine Nine, in fact I'm addicted. But where's the cop show when one gets convicted?" he rapped, referencing the countless times police officers have gotten off the hook after the killing of black civilians. Read more...
