To All Ex Servicemen pensioners, veterans and Government servant pensioners.
Our corrupted Barisan Nasional government is refusing to give quality health care and quality medication to all Ex Servicemen pensioners, veterans and Government servant pensioners.

The government prefers all those pensioners who are suffering for various illness at their advanced age to rot and died. They care a damn about the years of service and sacrifice given to the nation by these pensioners and Armed forces veterans.
They are only interested in our voters in the election to keep them in power and steal the country’s wealth. This country is at the verge of bankruptcy. Currently our country's deficit is about 615 billions and economist believe if no corrective measures are taken, the deficit will hit a trillion mark in a few years time.
The economy is very bad. This the reason even funds for pensioners medical care are slashed. The Health Ministry is take disastrous action in cutting cost at the expense of the pensioners health.

Effective from 1 july, the health ministry have stopped all branded quality medication prescribed by government hospital doctors or specialist to Ex Servicemen pensioners, veterans and Government servant pensioners.
Normally when a doctors prescribe medications that is not available in government pharmacy, they will together with the prescriptions give an acknowledgement form.( Borang perubatan 1/09 permohonan perbelanjaan kemudahan perubatan). Pensioners can purchase these special medications or medical equipments from private pharmacy, pay first and submit claim to PSD or Armed forces veteran department, later their claims shall be reimburse into their account. The other convenient and hassle free alternative,is to go directly to the outsourced pharmacy vendor Oratis Rx with the prescriptions just collect the medications without any upfront payment. Oratis Rx even send the schedule medication via postal to your house without any cost.
Now all our entitlements, facilities, required benefits and much needed quality medications all are taken away and withdrawn by the BN government. They have even terminated the contract of outsourced pharmacy vendor Oratis Rx.
Now government doctors can only prescribed the medication that is available in the hospital pharmacy and the worst is, in government hospital even the existing quality medication are compromised with cheaper alternatives.
If you still wish to continue with the alternative quality medication, you have to pay for it. I am sure from now on, these quality medication are all going to be out of reach for those needed pensioners. Most of this medicine are expensive and they cannot afford it anymore. Prepare to suffer with your illness and prepare for early death. I am really so sorry to say such a thing. I am in the same boat with you.

Affected pensioner.
