TEACHER FINDS OUT 10-YEAR-OLD GIRL RAPED REPEATEDLY BY 14-YEAR-OLD NEIGHBOUR SINCE SHE WAS IN STANDARD ONE

JASIN – A heart-to-heart talk between a teacher and her pupil unravelled a girl’s dark secret: she claimed she was raped.

Apparently, the Year Four pupil showed a lack of interest in her studies.

The class teacher then decided to meet the girl privately in school last week to find out what was troubling her. The teacher was shocked when the 10-year-old girl told her that she had been sexually assaulted.

It is learnt that a 14-year-old neighbour has been allegedly raping her since she was in Year One.

The heinous acts were committed at various locations, including at a community hall near her home.

Based on the information, the teacher then lodged a report at the Merlimau police station on Wednesday, detailing the girl’s three-year torment.

It is learnt that a suspect has been arrested to assist in the case.

When contacted, Jasin OCPD Deputy Supt Arshad Abu confirmed the details.

The girl has been sent to the Melaka Hospital for a check-up.
